1,000 fake sats for €1 in pretend money

Keep this wallet open alongside the trading app. Agree who will sell and who will buy. Then swap roles.

Both: open the trading app.Create a new Mostro identity each and save your own recovery words. The red REGTEST banner should be visible.
Seller: create a sell order.Select EUR, €1 and a fixed amount of 1,000 sats. Set the payment method to TEST — no bank transfer. Share the order number with your test partner.
Buyer: take that exact order.Under ‘Receive’, create an invoice for the requested number of sats and paste it into Mostro.
Seller: pay the escrow invoice.Paste the invoice under ‘Pay’. A hold payment stays pending until the trade is complete. Check in Mostro that the sats are held in escrow.
Buyer: mark the pretend money as sent.Send each other a chat message first. Then mark the fiat payment as sent in Mostro. Do not make a bank transfer.
Seller: confirm receipt and release.Confirm the simulated payment. Both of you should check the final trade status and your new wallet balance.

Next: reload and cancel

Reload the app during another trade. Check that its status and chat are restored. Then test a separate order that you cancel. Do not clear your browser data during an active trade.

A dispute requires a mediator. That flow belongs in a separate, supervised test.
